Postage costs

We want to make our products accessible to everyone. That's why we offer transparent and fair shipping costs.

  • 🚚 Free shipping on orders over €70. This is ideal for customers who order multiple sensors or accessories at once.
  • 📦 For orders below this amount we charge a flat rate of €4.95 .

There are no hidden fees; the amount you see in your shopping cart is the amount you pay.


Delivery times

We know you don't want to wait for the products you need every day. That's why we ensure fast processing and delivery.

  • If you order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day and, in most cases, delivered to your home the next business day.
  • If you order after 3:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend, your package will be processed and shipped on Monday.
  • Holidays: During national holidays, delivery may be delayed by one or two days.

Thanks to our partnership with reliable carriers such as PostNL , we guarantee stable delivery with high reliability.


Shipping areas

We currently deliver within the Netherlands as standard, but we also offer options for customers outside the country's borders.

  • Netherlands: We ship to all postal code areas, from Groningen to Maastricht, including the Wadden Islands.
  • Belgium: Delivery to Belgium is available upon request. Additional shipping costs apply, depending on the destination.

Discreet Packaging

Delivery options

The most popular option. Your package will be delivered directly to the address you specified. This could be your home address, or another address, such as your work address.

2. PostNL Collection Point

Would you rather pick up your order yourself? Then choose delivery to a PostNL point near you. You'll receive a notification as soon as your package is ready. Convenient if you're not home or would prefer to pick up your package at a time of your choosing.

3. Letterbox package

For smaller orders, we use letterbox-sized packages . These fit through your letterbox, so you don't have to be home for delivery.
