Right of return

⚠️Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, medical products such as glucose sensors cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

What you can return

  • Unopened products within 14 days of receipt. This applies, for example, to unopened accessories or packaging that remains hygienic.

  • Products with a manufacturing defect or obvious defects beyond your control.

  • Items with transport damage , for example a box that was damaged during shipping.

  • Incorrectly delivered items , when you receive a different product than you ordered.

What you cannot return

  • Opened medical devices. Once the packaging of a glucose sensor or other medical device has been opened, the right of return expires. This is strictly for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Used sensors or tools. These products are personal and cannot be resold.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, for example, incorrect installation or use outside the manufacturer's official instructions.

    Place the product in its original, undamaged packaging and include the return form. Use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transport.

    Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.

  5. Refund or replacement
    You will receive a refund within 14 business days of receiving the product using the same payment method you used to place the order. A replacement product can also be sent upon request.

  • In case of returns due to a defective or incorrectly delivered product, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs.

Warranty

All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's official factory warranty.

  • FreeStyle Libre sensors → manufacturer's warranty through Abbott. Any defects will be handled directly by Abbott or through us.

  • Dexcom sensors → manufacturer's warranty through Dexcom. In case of technical problems, you can count on a quick replacement.

  • Medtronic products → manufacturer's warranty through Medtronic. This applies to both devices and accessories.

Warranty conditions vary by manufacturer, but in all cases, defects due to manufacturing errors or material flaws will be resolved free of charge.
